Sorry this didn't help. Click on Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter. Logitech says that Microsoft is working on a fix, but I don't know if that is accurate as it is contradicted by another source allegedly from a MS support engineer that places the responsibility for fixing it on Logitech.

The anticipated Microsoft fix for the compressed H. In several of the articles there are temporary workarounds for people who feel comfortable editing their registries. I have a Logitech C and a C and the Logitech Camera Software doesn't work with multiple errors on the C on my desktop and incorrectly with fewer errors on the C on my laptop.
I miss the functional Logitech software.
